Despite the title, this is only peripherally about Project Runway. This blog is the home of dress diaries, links, information, and other resources related to my pursuit of historical costuming and other crafts.
So the great move has occurred! I have set up a new web site and blog at www.margheritadafiorenza.com. All the entries from this blog have been transferred over to that one. Now that I've got the blog set up I'm going to start putting up the class notes and other resources.

Just so everyone knows, I'm currently working on setting up a website for my SCA stuff, so that I can post copies of my class notes, images, etc. along with my blog. When I finally do that, this blog will migrate to the new site- everything you need in one convenient location. I'll post the new links here so you can find them.

I always loved playing dress-up and making things. Now I've combined the two. I am a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, where I spend most of my time making historical clothing (which I persist in referring to, with a shocking lack of historical accuracy, as "pretty pretty princess dresses.") In real life, I work with computers- hence the desire for a creative outlet.
